The welcome evening will be held on Sunday, 7 March 2025, 18:30 - 21:00, in the foyer of the lecture hall centre, to which all registered participants are kindly invited.

Snacks and drinks will be served. 

Check in at the conference office in good time (15:00 to 18:00) and do not miss the opportunity to meet people in an informal atmosphere.

Please wear your name tag, which you will have received during registration.
