Cancellation of conference participation
If you are unable to attend the conference or give your presentation for unforeseen reasons after submitting your abstract and/or registration, please send your cancellation to the conference organisers below:
- In case of withdrawing or changes of your submitted contribution, please inform André Wobst ().
- In case of withdrawing or changes of your submitted contribution, please inform the respective contact person of the programme committee of the division or working group to which you have submitted the contribution.
- In case of withdrawing or changes to your presentation (talk/poster), please fill in the form at the Notice Board.
- In case of cancellation of your conference participation, please inform Beatrice Hensel (), stating your participant number.
Please note that your participation in the conference is not automatically cancelled if you withdraw a contribution. The same applies if you cancel your participation in the conference. In this case your contribution will not be automatically withdraw too.
If you have already paid your conference fee at the time of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail regarding the refund of the fee.
If you cancel your conference participation after 1 August 2025 a processing fee of € 20.00 will be retained with the refund.
No refund of the conference fee will be possible, if the cancellation is made after 12 August 2025. Partial refunds, e.g. in case of early departure from the conference due to illness, will not be made.
Please note that the refund will only be made after the DPG Fall Meeting earliest end of September 2025.
